If your printer model has an "e" at the end (like 7955e, 7958e, 7255e, 7200e, 7900e) and your HP+ service has been activated, this cartridge does not work. If your printer model does NOT have "e" at the end (like 7855, 7155), or has "e" at the end but has NOT activated the HP+ service, this cartridge still works
