WHAT HAPPENS AFTER OPENING? – The jaws will reset and the motor will automatically shut off. This takes a few seconds and is completely normal – no action needed.
STUCK? RESET THE MOTOR – Replace the battery. Then hold the switch for 3 seconds to restart the motor, and quickly press the switch 5–8 times.
STILL STUCK? USE THE 30° TRICK – Wear non-slip gloves, tilt the opener 30° to the right, and gently pull outward. This simple angle adjustment safely releases the opener.
IMPORTANT – PREPARE YOUR JAR – Wipe the jar body before use, especially cold jars from the fridge, to prevent slipping. Never use on plastic, irregular, or conical jars – they won’t grip properly.
